We had a basement leak and everywhere we called was quoting way more money than we could afford (before even coming to see what the issue was!). Mike came out and looked at the cracks. He was able to come back the next day to fill them with a lifetime warranty at a completely affordable rate and will come back in the spring to look at root causes (when the ground has thawed so we can test what was causing the cracks in the first place). We've had a ton of rain for a week or two and no leaks! Happy with his honest and thorough work. Professional and reliable human being! Something you don't find a lot anymore! We'll recommend him to any friends who need his help.

The service gentleman that came to my house for repair was very knowledgeable and professional. He prices very reasonably and got the job done in half the time he quoted me. I got three quotes, this company was a fraction in price in comparison to the others . I was pleased with the work this company did and we have had a couple of bad storms since and there is no evidence of the previous cracks-water. Hands down, American Waterproofing is the best!
Mike came out and fixed a crack in my basement wall. He came on-time, fixed the crack and said he needed to come back to finish everything up. He called the night before coming back out and said he would be at my house at 11 the next day. He was here at 11 and finished the job (He cut off the injection ports and sealed them up). We just had snow and then a 40 degree day (a lot of water in the backyard and around the house) and the wall didn’t leak at all. I think dependability plays a large role when you are in a rush to fix your house

Professional and Honest! Due to the materials in basement, i.e. wall of intricate stonework, I was promptly advised that American Basement unfortunately does not service this type of repair. I did however, get a wealth of information of potential issues that may be causing problem. Owner was honest, helpful and professional.

We received many quotes for thousands of dollars, and in the end we went with American Basement Waterproofing at 1/10 of the cost. Our basement is 100% dry even though my whole back yard is completely flooded due to all the rain as of late.
